About This Project
Client: Aduro | Redmond, WA
Aduro kicks off “Aduro Foundry”, their first VIP customer advisory council, hosted in Seattle. Seven executives from diverse industries flew in for a packed 2-days, starting at the University of Washington where they attended workshops on active listening and human-centered design. A 20-minute walking tour through campus provided opportunities to stretch and understand the connection between technology and innovation in Seattle and at the University. Late afternoon, they settled into their rooms at Inn at the Market and then joined Aduro’s team for happy hour and an open forum on the private balcony overlooking the waterfront. Pike Place Foundation provided a pre-dinner welcome and the group settled down to a private dinner discussion at Beecher’s loft, meal prepared by chef Karl Filipe. Day two kicked off with custom omelet stations, and an open discussion around well-being and the mobile frontier.
Work included: Event theme & strategy, venue selection, University of Washington tour script & storyline, flowers, signage, custom menu design, gift baskets, photography and detailed day-of event management.
